To submit an online application to become a Certified Louisiana Vendor please create an account by entering a valid email address and password. Upon account creation you will be able to submit your application and also have access to manage your vendor profile and logo(s).
Your password must be 8 characters minimum with 1 upper cased letter, 1 lower cased letter, and 1 number.
