Frequently asked questions
First, check to make sure your balance has not been paid already. If your license requires current liability insurance or continuing education credits, the information will need to be updated in our database before your license can be renewed. This information may be sent to horticulture@ldaf.state.la.us or mailed to 5825 Florida Blvd., Suite 3002, Baton Rouge, LA 70806.
First, make sure you have entered the correct account information. If you continue to receive an error, contact your bank or credit card company.
When paying a renewal online, you must pay the full invoice amount. If you wish to make a partial payment, please send your payment through the mail and make sure to indicate which licenses you are renewing on your license renewal.
The continuing education certification form (CEU log), located on our website at ldaf.la.gov, can be sent to horticulture@ldaf.state.la.us or mailed to 5825 Florida Blvd., Suite 3002, Baton Rouge, LA 70806. Your CEU log must be on file with our office prior to renewing your license online.
Once your payment is processed, you will receive your license in the mail. Renewals are processed in the order in which they are received.
