Be sure to enter your last name/company name as it is on file with the LREC.
Be sure to enter your license number only, No letters or beginning 0’s.
(Ex: SALE.000418007-ACT would be entered as 418007)
Fines applied to a brokerage will be under the brokerage name and license number, not the name and license number of the sponsoring broker.
There is a convenience fee of $2.50 as well as a processing fee of 2.5% associated with using the online payment application.
The LREC does not offer payment plans, however fines can be paid in full or partial payments as long as the fine has been paid in full by the deadline on your citation.
Extensions for fine payment can be requested by emailing compliance@lrec.gov. Please include your citation number, name, and license number in the email.
