To pay for Civil Restitution or for more inquiries on your violation you can search this system by using your Citation number. Your citation number can be found on the original ticket or on the Notice for Citation. When entering the citation number use only the appropriate numbers & letters (do not use spaces or special characters).

A $3.00 plus a 2.25% convenience fee will be assessed on all credit card transactions. A convenience fee of $4.00 for ACH transactions. The fee is billed separately on all credit card payments.

The online payment center only allows single transactions. You will have to process each citation number separately to pay your restitution if you have multiple cases involving civil restitution.

Sometimes the website may not be available for making inquiries or accepting payments. If you are unable to access the Citation Processing Center's website, it should be available within a few hours. If you continue to experience difficulties accessing the website, please call the Citation Processing Center's Customer Service Department at (800) 214-5367. If your citation number is not in the system, please contact the LDWF office for inquiries or to make a payment.

The citation account is updated with your payment as soon as you successfully complete your transaction. You will obtain the receipt with your confirmation number in the application and via email. If you have cause to believe that your transaction completed but the system did not update, DO NOT ATTEMPT to repeat the payment process. This is to ensure that you do not submit a duplicate payment.
